Problem
Faculty relied on narrow, MCQ-based scores that didn’t reflect how students actually reasoned through cases, making it difficult to identify gaps or adjust teaching.
Solution
Introduced a multi-criteria, AI-driven rubric with clear performance breakdowns and summaries, enabling faculty to assess individuals and cohorts with greater clarity and confidence.
