The product lacked visual cohesion, documentation, and scalable patterns, making it difficult to ship new features while maintaining trust and accessibility for a sensitive user population.
Solution
Led a full rebrand, UI overhaul, and the creation of a documented design system, enabling the launch of new community, content, and expert-led features while improving consistency, accessibility, and delivery speed.
